Real estate purchase agreements provide three payment options:

– Payment of the total agreed amount in full or within one month from the date of contract notarization or

– Payment in multiple monthly or quarterly installments, ending with the completion of the building or prior to moving into the purchased property,

– Payment from housing loan funds.
